IMBACHHORN BOARDING HOUSE RULES
These rules and regulations have been issued by the owners of the guesthouse and apply to all persons accommodated and staying in the guesthouse.
HOTEL DAY
- Check-in time starts at16:00 and hotel rooms will be made available from this time.
- Check-in ends at 9:30 on the last day of stay. If the guest does not vacate the room by 10:00 a.m. the next day will be charged.

-The Guest House is obliged to maintain quietness at night from 22: 00 until 7: 00 am the following day and Guests and persons using the services of the Guest House are obliged to behave in such a way that it does not in any way disturb the peaceful stay of other Guests.
FOOD
- Breakfast is served from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., dinner from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. in the winter season and from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the summer season, outside these hours, the guesthouse is not obliged to serve meals.
- Breakfast and dinner are taken in the restaurant area.
- It is forbidden to take food out of the restaurant, to make yourself sandwiches for the slope or for the trip, to fill thermoses with boiling water, tea or coffee.
- Dishes and other items may not be taken out of the restaurant, nor may you consume your own food or alcohol.
PAYMENTS
- Booking is subject to a deposit, the balance to be paid by the guest (in Euro) on the day of arrival at the latest to the Guesthouse.
- The guesthouse will not refund any money for early cancellation of the stay if it is due to the fault or will of the guest (regardless of the reason e.g.: weather, illness, funeral).
- In such situations, the Guesthouse can issue a certificate to the insurer and the insurer will refund the amount for the unused period.
- The guesthouse keeps a voucher for drinks for the rooms and settlement should take place 24 hours before the guest's departure.
NARCIARNIA
- Guests are required to leave their skis and boots in the ski room, which is heated. It is forbidden to take ski equipment to the room and to use heaters.
- The following can be left to dry in the ski room: gloves, helmets, masks, etc.
- The ski area is locked at night.
KEYS
- After leaving the room each time, the Guest is obliged to lock the room and leave the keys at the reception.
- In the event of loss of keys, the guest is financially responsible for making the key and key ring (cost approx. EUR 100).
ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT
- Due to fire safety requirements, no additional electrical or gas appliances (e.g. cookers, heaters, kettles, shoe warmers) may be used in the hotel rooms.
- The guest shall be liable for the use of such equipment in the event of causing a fire.
ABSOLUTE PROHIBITION OF SMOKING AND OTHER PRODUCTS IN THE ENTIRE AREA OF THE GUESTHOUSE
- also applies to hotel bathrooms
- in the event of smoking in the room or bathroom there will be a fine for additional laundering of curtains, upholstery, bed linen (minimum 50 euro)
PARKING
- The hotel guest acknowledges that there is only unguarded parking on the premises of the Guest House.
- The guesthouse is not responsible for damage to or loss of a car or other vehicle belonging to a guest
ANIMALS
-Bringing a pet must be agreed in advance (at the time of booking) with a hotel representative.

- The owner is financially responsible for any damage caused by the animals.
- Prohibited breeds and venomous animals that pose a threat to health or life are not allowed on the hotel premises
STANDARD OF THE GUESTHOUSE
Guests are required to familiarise themselves with the standard of the guesthouse before arrival, as the guesthouse provides services according to its category and standard:
- Bed linen and towels are changed on arrival and after departure of the guest. At the guest's request, the hotel can change the bed linen or towels for an extra charge (€ 3 kmpl./bed linen, € 3 kmpl./towels).
- For stays longer than 8 days, bed linen and towels are changed halfway through the stay.
- towels, soap, drinking water are provided in the room, hairdryers are available for hire in the guesthouse.
- if you have any concerns about the quality of the service, please report them to reception as soon as possible so that we can respond promptly.
GUEST RESPONSIBILITY
- The guest bears all responsibility for damage to the room and damage to the items comprising the room furnishings.
- Do not move room furnishings without prior arrangement with the owner of the Guesthouse.
- If any damage is noticed or caused, the Guest should notify the reception of the damage as soon as it is discovered.
RESPONSIBILITY OF THE GUESTHOUSE
- The guesthouse is not liable for the loss of or damage to money, securities, valuables or objects of scientific or artistic value if these items are not deposited at the reception.
- Hotel rooms are equipped with a handy safe, if you use the safe, please bring the key with you. The key to the safe is only held by the Guest and the owners of the Hotel, employees do not have access to the spare keys of the safe.
- The owner of the Guesthouse has the right to refuse to accept items whose value exceeds its insurance and will not be held responsible for them in the event of loss.
- Personal effects left by the departing guest in the room will be sent back to the address indicated by the guest at the guest's expense. If no such instruction is received, the Guesthouse will store these items for one week only if they are of high value.
MONITORING
The entire building in the common spaces as well as the car parks are covered by video surveillance.
