- A tranquil, picturesque alpine valley surrounded by the high Alps
- Very good access for coaches and cars – parking for 3 buses or 25 cars.
- 7 km from the Guesthouse is TOP ONE - Austria's Largest Lookout Attraction
- GROSSGLOCKNER HIGH ALPINE ROAD
- 4 km from the Guesthouse on foot - medicinal springs known for hundreds of years

FOOD
- The guesthouse operates on a Half Board/Full Pension basis – breakfast and dinner
- Breakfast and dinners are served buffet-style.
- At breakfast, there are sweet potatoes and a varied buffet including cake, tea and juices included in the price of the breakfast.
- Dinners are served from a hot buffet: soup, two dishes to choose from, a varied salad buffet, and dessert. Once a week, we organise a barbecue on the terrace or a pizza day – weather permitting.
- All drinks accompanying dinner are an additional charge.
- In the bar - a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, regional wines, beers, colourful cocktails, 20 types of teas and coffees
- Optional, upon request - afternoon coffee + cake
- Optional packed lunches available to order in three variants
- optional on request – platters of regional cheeses or wines
- The guesthouse has a display cabinet with gifts and regional specialities – of our own brand.
- We prepare meals for people with food allergies – after prior notification to the guesthouse
- In the case of vegetarians, vegans or other dietary whims – as we do not have a restaurant and set menu dishes – we can prepare meals after prior notification and agreement with the guesthouse on the type of meal. An additional charge of €5 applies to individual orders for one meal. However, if a person uses the existing buffet, which usually includes 6 types of salads and one meat-free dish, dinner is free of charge.

- Rooms for 1, 2, 3, 4 people, studios and luxury rooms of a higher standard
- Rooms with bathrooms - most bathrooms have walk-in showers, wheelchair access, and the option of ramps or shower stools.
- In the bathrooms: hairdryers, towels, soap, cotton pads, cotton buds
- In the rooms: smart TV (Netflix) and Polish channels, a fridge, a kettle, drinking water, a starter pack – teas, sugar, etc.
- all beds can be joined (to form a double) and separated (into singles)
- Maximum number of adults in the room: 3 people, in the studio 4 people
- All full-size bunk beds (carpenter-made) - we do not accommodate adults in the top bunks
ATTRACTIONS IN THE AREA
Upon request, we will prepare an offer of local attractions, taking into account the group's preferences.
Sample attractions to visit:
– high-mountain Alpine road – coach trip or by car, with thematic stops, viewpoints, benches, restaurants along the way (suitable for all ages, for wheelchairs or people with limited mobility)
– one of the highest waterfalls in Europe
– possibility of entering the upper viewpoint
– for physically fit individuals or taxi access – for people with reduced mobility or wheelchair users, special parking and toilets
– city tours: Salzburg, Hallstatt, Innsbruck,
– exploring Zell am See: the option to go up the mountain (suitable for all ages, for wheelchairs, or for people with mobility issues) and a boat trip on the lake
– Access to Glacier 3000 m above sea level, accessible with wheelchairs
– Visit to the National Park Centre – Hohe Tauern (suitable for all ages, pushchairs, or people with mobility impairments)
– trip to the Honey and Nectar Valley – beautiful alpine valley scenery – walk on flat terrain along the valley – for physically fit individuals or via golf cart (for wheelchairs or people with mobility issues)
– Regional music concerts in Fusch (every Thursday)
– Fountain shows – water, music and light on the lake in Zell am See (suitable for all ages, for wheelchairs or people with limited mobility)
BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS, AND CANCELLATION TERMS
– Prices are set upon email enquiry, taking into account the number of people, length of stay, and types of services.
– confirmation of your booking is the payment of a deposit, typically 30 % of the event's value, to the account indicated by the Guesthouse
