PRICE LIST FOR SUMMER SEASON 2025

Prices quoted are valid from 31 May to 14 September 2025, the price quoted is per adult/night.

We do not offer discounts for stays of up to two nights, but we also do not charge extra for short stays, as other facilities do.

Discounts:
- discounts apply only for self-catering stays
- from 3 and 4 nights stay is granted a discount in the amount of 5 % from price
basics.
- from day 5 stay is granted a discount in the amount of 5 % and a voucher for bar consumption in the amount of 5 % from base price
- the price does not include the city tax + Mobilitätsabgabe, which is 2 € per day per person over 15 years of age is calculated from the date of birth.

Additional services/surcharges:
- Dinner bought on the spot children under age 12 - 12 €
- Surcharge for single room 15 €/day
- surcharge for a double room as a single room 25 €/day
- surcharge for a room with a higher standard LUX 35 € /day (description of rooms 28 and 29 and photos on page)
- pet fee - 15 € /day without feed
- parking space outside the booking period for a private car 10 €/day
- parking space outside the booking period for a car with a trailer 15 €/day
- other vehicle categories on request via e-mail

PAYMENTS at the guesthouse
We accept payments in EURO - cash, bank transfer or credit cards.
PLEASE NOTE: for stays of up to 2 nights - payment for the entire stay in advance - by bank transfer, from 3 days the confirmation of the reservation is an advance payment.

Discounts for children:
Children have discounts depending on their age and provided they sleep in a room with their parents/guardians.
Discounts for children are calculated on the year of birth, not the actual date of birth!

INFORM

2/ Confirmation of reservation is down payment only/ other form must be agreed with the guesthouse/
3/ confirmation of arrival and down payment is tantamount to the following for us acceptance of the guesthouse regulations and the terms and conditions of the guesthouse

NOTE - HOTEL DAY
– commences AFTER 4 pm and only after 4 pm will rooms be made available
(not before) this is very important to us!!!
- ends at: 9:00 a.m. and you must leave the room by 9:30 a.m.

PREMISES:
- the guesthouse consists of three buildings, 10 metres away from each other but located on the same property
- all rooms have bathrooms, LCD TV
- Free WiFi in all facilities and rooms

MAIN BUILDING

- 10 rooms (2-person, 3-person, family + studio)
- dining room + bar
- billiards

PAVILON

- connected to the main building with a long, spacious corridor
- 5 family rooms for 3 persons and 5 persons.

HAUS IMBACH

- 3 family rooms (3-bed, 4-bed)
- two luxurious family rooms/ approx. 50 m2 each/*** at a surcharge

LOBBY
On the ground floor in the connecting area between the main building and the Pavilion, a Lobby with a seating area for approx. 60 people has been created, with a TV/Projector and a ski room, as well as bicycle storage space in the summer.

TERRACE AND GARDEN
- sun terrace with a beautiful view of the Fusch valley
- the entire farmyard in flowers and greenery
- relaxation and leisure areas, covered pavilion with round table comfortable Loggia + sun loungers
- pond with cascade, waterfall and a place to soak your feet
- barbecue with smokehouse, bread oven and fireplace

FOR CHILDREN
- low ropes course
- playground for younger children, swings, toys, bicycles
- trampoline with safety net
- pole house
- large sandpit
- slide
- volleyball/badminton court
- table tennis table
- there is a cat and a dog on the premises - possibility to play with the animals

PARKINGS we have:
- open, unguarded parking for cars, buses and motorbikes - included in the price
- covered, unguarded parking for 12 motorbikes without reservation - included in the price
- motorbike covers, jack, keys, etc.- deposit
- possibility of storing the bicycle in a locked room

BICYCLES we have for hire:
- two MTB Fully electric bicycles: men's and women's at a price of €40/day/1 pc/ deposit/
- helmets, bags, blankets + drinking water - included in the rental price

NORDIC WALKING
- Nordic Walking trails are available next to the guesthouse
- we have maps with trails on site
- poles

In FUSCH a couple A minute's walk from the Guest House is available:
- outdoor swimming pool with a beach area + paddling pool for children
- a large football pitch and a beach volleyball court
- two outdoor tennis courts
- playgrounds, waterfall
- segregated, asphalted and safe routes for bicycles and rollerskates

FOOD - meals are on a HP/HB basis (breakfast and dinner)
– breakfasts buffet from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. (includes: cold cuts, cheeses, dairy products, pastas, salads, cereals, jams, home-made and local products, coffee, tea, juices)
– dinner: hot buffet from 18:30 - 20:00.

After 20:00, dinner will be served on plates to the table by arrangement with the guesthouse.
– terrace barbecue - once a week /weather permitting!/ instead of the traditional dinner we serve barbecue dishes on the terrace. It consists of:

- directly grilled meats/neck, ribs, poultry, skewers, etc./.
- Grilled vegetables and side dishes/baked potatoes or Chips or semolina etc.
- buffet with salads and vegetables
- dessert

– pizza on the terrace - once a week /weather permitting!/ instead of the traditional dinner we serve pizza from the stone bread oven. These include:

- various types of pizza /cheese, tuna, salami, margarita, etc./.
- steamed vegetables
- pasta in various guises / spaghetti or tuna or with pesto, etc./
- buffet with salads and salads
- dessert

NOTE -For all guests who declare their willingness to come and make an advance payment, we have prepared: - an original guide in Polish to the surrounding area ATTRACTIONS OF THE AREA for adults, children - showing distances, attractions, approximate prices, important information, plus descriptions of motorbike and bicycle routes + maps and descriptions of mountain hikes.

Once you have paid your deposit, please email us if you would like to download the guide, we will provide you with a link to download the guide from our server/cloud.

Also during your stay at the Pension Imbachhorn, we will help you to plan excursions, make reservations for planned attractions and assist with translations.
