Please note: confirmation of booking is:
– 1 and 2 days before arrival, full payment for the stay is due.
– from 3 days – deposit of 35%% of the stay value.

We have clearly defined cancellation fees – please familiarise yourself with them.

Discounts for children:
Children have discounts depending on their age and provided they sleep in a room with their parents/guardians.
Discounts for children are calculated on the year of birth, not the actual date of birth!

NOTICE – HOTEL CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIME
- starts AFTER 4:00 PM and rooms will only be available after 4:00 PM
(not before) this is very important to us!!!
- ends at: 10:00 a.m. and you must leave the room by 10:00 a.m.

LOCAL CONDITIONS:
– The guesthouse consists of two buildings, 10 metres apart, but on the same property
– all rooms have en-suite bathrooms and Smart TVs
- Free WiFi in all facilities and rooms

MAIN BUILDING

- 10 rooms (2-person, 3-person, family + studio)
- dining room + bar
- billiards

PAVILON

- connected to the main building with a long, spacious corridor
- 5 family rooms for 3 persons and 5 persons.

HAUS IMBACH

- 3 family rooms (3-bed, 4-bed)
– Two luxury family rooms/approx. 50 m2 each*** for an additional charge

LOBBY
Common space for approximately 60 people , equipped with TV, projector and audio sound system.
TERRACE AND GARDEN
- sun terrace with a beautiful view of the Fusch valley
- the entire farmyard in flowers and greenery
- relaxation and leisure areas, covered pavilion with round table comfortable Loggia + sun loungers
- pond with cascade, waterfall and a place to soak your feet
- barbecue with smokehouse, bread oven and fireplace

FOR CHILDREN
- low ropes course
- playground for younger children, swings, toys, bicycles
- trampoline with safety net
- pole house
- large sandpit
- slide
- volleyball/badminton court
- table tennis table
- there is a cat and a dog on the premises - possibility to play with the animals

Parking available:
- open, unguarded parking for cars, buses and motorbikes - included in the price
- covered, unguarded parking for 12 motorbikes without reservation - included in the price
- motorbike covers, jack, keys, etc.- deposit
- possibility of storing the bicycle in a locked room

Bicycles are available for hire:
– two electric full-suspension MTB bikes: a ladies' and a men's, please ask at reception for pricing
- helmets, bags, blankets + drinking water - included in the rental price

NORDIC WALKING
- Nordic Walking trails are available next to the guesthouse
- we have maps with trails on site
- poles

A few minutes' walk from the Guesthouse is:
- outdoor swimming pool with a beach area + paddling pool for children
- a large football pitch and a beach volleyball court
- two outdoor tennis courts
- playgrounds, waterfall
- segregated, asphalted and safe routes for bicycles and rollerskates

MEALS — meals are on an HP/HB system (breakfast and dinner)
– Buffet breakfast served between 7:30 AM and 9:30 AM (includes: cold cuts, cheeses, dairy products, spreads, salads, cereals, jams, homemade and local products, coffee, tea, juices)
– Dinner: hot buffet between 6:30 PM and 8:00 PM.

After 20:00, dinner will be served on plates to the table by arrangement with the guesthouse.
- Terrace barbecue - once a week /weather permitting!/ instead of the traditional dinner we serve barbecue dishes on the terrace. It consists of:

- directly grilled meats/neck, ribs, poultry, skewers, etc./.
- Grilled vegetables and side dishes/baked potatoes or Chips or semolina etc.
- buffet with salads and vegetables
- dessert

– Pizza on the terrace – once a week /weather permitting!/ instead of a traditional dinner, we serve pizza from a stone bread oven. These include:

- various types of pizza /cheese, tuna, salami, margarita, etc./.
- steamed vegetables
- pasta in various guises / spaghetti or tuna or with pesto, etc./
- buffet with salads and salads
- dessert

ATTENTION - For all guests who confirm their intention to attend and pay a deposit, we have prepared: - an original guide in Polish to the local ATTRACTIONS in the area for adults and children, showing distances, attractions, approximate prices, important information, and additionally, descriptions of motorcycle and cycling routes, plus maps and descriptions of mountain hikes.

Once you have paid your deposit, please email us if you would like to download the guide, we will provide you with a link to download the guide from our server/cloud.

Also during your stay at the Pension Imbachhorn, we will help you to plan excursions, make reservations for planned attractions and assist with translations.
